REACH exists to disciple, equip, and prepare believers for missions Sahel and Ghana, to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers in both near and far cultures, by being actively part of the REACH in Ghana Training Team, working together to teach, train, mentor and provide opportunities for trainees to grow cross-culturally, live in international teams, share the Gospel, serve the local church, deepen their self-understanding, know and love the Bible, and broaden their view of global missions.

Ghana and West Africa have strong mission potentials. The Church in this part of the continent is doing well in the area of Missions and Evangelism. However, there is little or no emphasis on missions to the world.

As churches and Christian movements continue to increase in numbers day by day, the need for healthy and effective leaders for the church in West Africa has become more necessary. Many emerging movements lacking biblical truths are making it difficult for the truth to be known. In the rural areas, there are several churches but no leaders. There are also many young people and others who have strong desire and passion for missions around the world.

OM Ghana's mandate is to partner with the Church in West Africa to mobilise, recruit, equip and send out missionaries to the unreached areas of the world. Through our REACH Training we equip, resource and encourage our trainees and missionaries to serve the Lord where they are mostly needed.

REACH in Ghana is an intensive cross cultural discipleship training which involves Equipping Believers for the Nations, with the ambition of Seeing Vibrant Communities of Jesus Followers among the Least Reached. Is a Five (5) month intensive residential training focused on the Spiritual formation of our participants, the understanding of God's mission and becoming equipped to reach the least reached. Participants will be exposed to diverse Practical Ministry Experiences such as School Ministry, Sports Ministry, Kayaye Ministry, Medical Outreaches, visit to least reached communities and to have a time with missionaries on the Field to have the feel of Missions.

Our REACH training is targeting the West African Church and all those around the world. We focus on people who have the passion to serve and the vision to see beyond the boundaries of their Churches. People who seek to make impact in their communities and the world.

Long Description: Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Demonstration of a relationship with Christ and a walk with Him that will be an example and model to the OM Ghana team, the church, and local community.
• Basic knowledge of Bible, theology, and missions
• Basic software and computing skills
• Flexible and able to work in a cross-cultural team
• Background in missions and discipleship
• Understanding of and compliance with OM, its core values, mission statement, structures, and statement of faith.
• A heart and passion for evangelism and mission mobilization.
• A heart and passion for teaching and discipling different age groups with the intention of bringing them closer to Christ.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Willingness to have flexible work hours
• A desire to serve others and see them develop individually and as a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
